Kiosk Program Development

When visitors enter Rosa Parks Elementary, it is mandatory to log in to the Kiosk at the front of the school and wear the printed nametag during your visit. This system ensures that staff and students can easily identify visitors on-site for safety and security purposes. To check in, simply enter your First Name, Last Name, and the area where you will be located on the school property. Wearing your nametag is a requirement while on school grounds.

This Kiosk software is free and open-source, developed in C# to provide a streamlined check-in process. Other schools interested in implementing this Kiosk system can contact the Network Systems Technician for more information. For any assistance with using the Kiosk, visitors should reach out to the designated support person but are advised not to attempt fixing the system themselves. Also, please refrain from removing the visitor tag from the printer.

The open-source Kiosk software is available for download and can be easily implemented at any district school. To access the software or learn more, visit the link here: Rosa Parks Login Kiosk. This simple yet effective solution ensures an efficient and secure visitor management process at any educational institution.
